ERICA JOLEEN - W&HM GIRL, A Beautiful Lotus in A Busy World of Modeling
Through working with Erica multiple times, we were even more dazzled by this wonderful talent and a pure soul.
Erica has great mind in many aspects of life and careers. She is not limited to the promotional modeling as we met her at the show. She is also in national brand commercials, stunning swimwear campaigns, as well as fashion runway performances.
This time, we got a chance to put together a great W&HM GIRL page for Erica and introduce her to you again after our W&HM print #24 feature.
Q&A WITH ERICA
W&HM: Please tell us a little about yourself.
Erica: I am a 20 year old who works, goes to school, does make up on the side. But above all, I love wildlife and literature. I'm pretty much a nerd!
W&HM: How did you get started in modeling?
Erica: I got myself into it about 2 years ago, I've made a lot of mistakes but it's what got me here today. I wish I could've done some things differently, but I learned and I only moved forward not back.
W&HM: What are the projects that you are working on now?
Erica: My website, it's existent right now but not quite complete.
W&HM: What would be your next adventure?
Erica: Either traveling or a change in my career or something that would benefit me.
W&HM: What is your one secret talent that most people don't know about?
Erica: I have a talent for writing. Especially poetry, I'm a melancholic mess! haha
W&HM: What is the one achievement that you are most proud of?
Erica: I'm not sure yet, I feel like my biggest and best achievement is yet to come/happen. But I am sure proud of my progess!
W&HM: How do you usually solve a complicated situation in life?
Erica: I Think logically, because sometimes the heart's influence can make things worse. I am cautious, however I am also forgiving.
W&HM: What is one inspirational quote that you can share with us?
Erica: A Cree Indian proverb "Only after the last tree has been cut down, Only after the last river has been poisoned, Only after the last fish has been caught, Only then will you find that money cannot be eaten."
W&HM: If you can interview anyone in the world today, whom would you
choose? And why?
Erica: Jared Leto. I admire his looks but above all his passion for wildlife conservation, which is too, a passion of mine.
